Today we're opening Oneliq to everyone. Oneliq is officially live on Arc Testnet, a non-custodial frontend that turns Arc into a single venue for stablecoin operations.
Connect any EIP-1193 wallet, request testnet USDC from Circle's faucet, and every public surface is immediately usable. There is no account to create and no protocol token.
What's live today
Unified Balance aggregates USDC across six chains through Circle Gateway. Trade pairs USDC ↔ EURC on the Arc-native Uniswap V2 deployment, with CCTP V2 burn-and-mint bridging in the same surface. Create Token deploys an ERC-20 from a single wallet signature. More surfaces are in the pipeline and will roll out as they're ready.
Spend USDC on Arc using funds sitting on 6+ chains. Powered by Circle Gateway. No manual bridge.
USDC ↔ EURC via Uniswap V2. Burn-and-mint bridging native via CCTP V2. One surface.
Deploy an ERC-20 on Arc with a wallet click. No Hardhat, no Foundry, no Solidity.
Unified Balance, powered by Circle Gateway
This is the integration we spent the most time on. Spend USDC on Arc using funds that live on a different chain, with no manual bridge step. Gateway aggregates your USDC across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, and Polygon, and presents one balance, one approval, one transaction.
The practical effect: your USDC is no longer fragmented across chains. Whatever sits in your wallet, wherever it sits, is spendable on Arc.
Trade: native swap + CCTP V2
USDC ↔ EURC instantly via the Arc-native Uniswap V2 deployment. No wrapped tokens, no synthetic stables. Need to pull USDC in from another chain? CCTP V2 burn-and-mint is in the same surface. It's Circle's official native USDC bridge, with no third-party messaging layer in the path.
Create Token: one click, no toolchain
Deploy an ERC-20 on Arc by filling out a form. Pick a name, ticker, supply, and decimals, then sign once to mint on confirmation. No Hardhat, no Foundry, no Solidity compiler. Pay gas in USDC. Get a contract address you can verify on the Arc explorer.
Why now, why testnet
Arc Testnet has been usable for a while. The reason we waited until today: we wanted the Gateway integration solid before calling this launched. A trade venue without a credible "spend from anywhere" story is just another swap UI, and the space already has plenty of those.
What we needed:
- EIP-6963 wallet detection that works the same way across MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet, and the rest. No more "which provider is the page actually using?"
- RDNS-based wallet priority so the wallet you actually picked is the one we use.
- Gateway flow polish: chain logos in the source picker, source filtering by balance, multi-source spend in a single signature.
- Honest empty states: when a chain has 0 balance, we hide it instead of showing a confusing zero.
None of that work is glamorous, but it is the difference between a demo and something a real user can rely on.
How to try it
- Get testnet USDC. Open faucet.circle.com, pick any supported testnet (Sepolia, Base Sepolia, Arbitrum Sepolia, Fuji, OP Sepolia, Polygon Amoy), paste your wallet address. You'll get 10 USDC instantly.
- Open oneliq.xyz. Click Connect Wallet. Pick your wallet from the picker (we detect via EIP-6963, so no more guessing).
- Go to /balance. You'll see your USDC across every supported chain in one view. Pick a source, hit Spend, and the funds settle on Arc with no separate bridge tab.
- Trade or ship a token. Swap USDC ↔ EURC at /trade, or deploy your first ERC-20 at /token. Both run on Arc with sub-second finality.
What's still cooking
A few surfaces are intentionally not in the public launch. They exist and they work, but they're behind a tester whitelist while we finish polish:
| Surface | Status | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Auto-Replenish Agent | Preview | Sign once, agent keeps any wallet topped up automatically via Circle Programmable Wallets. Daily safety cap, revocable anytime. Feedback-driven build. |
| Dashboard | Soon | Operator control center - portfolio across chains, agent fleet view, settlement volume, quick-actions tile grid. |
| StableFX | 2027 | RFQ-driven USDC ⇄ EURC ⇄ USDP settlement via Arc FxEscrow. Designs only. |
| Mainnet | 2027 | Pinned to Arc L1 mainnet. We'll ship in lockstep with Circle. |
If you'd like preview access to the Auto-Replenish Agent, hop into Discord - we're prioritising people who'll actually stress-test it.
The shape of the next few weeks
We're focused on three things:
- More source chains in Gateway. The list will grow as Circle extends Gateway support. We're plugging chains in the moment they're available.
- Bug bounty + audit prep. Even though we don't run our own contracts, the frontend itself matters. CSP, SRI pinning, IPFS contenthash, all the boring defense-in-depth work.
- Listening. Tell us what's confusing. We read every Discord message. The roadmap bends to whatever's painful in real use.
Try it
Open oneliq.xyz, connect a wallet, and spend USDC from a chain it does not live on. That is the entire pitch, and it works on Arc Testnet today.
Oneliq is live on Arc Testnet.
Connect a wallet and request testnet USDC from faucet.circle.com to start.
Open Balance Trade & BridgeOneliq is a non-custodial frontend currently on Arc Testnet. Nothing here is real money or financial advice. We don't custody funds; you always retain control of your wallet.
